The Beguma Bet complaint policy explains how Ethiopian players can raise concerns about accounts, bets, payments, bonuses, technical errors, verification and customer support. Each complaint is reviewed using account data, transaction history, site rules and the evidence provided. This page sets out the submission process, indicative review times and escalation options. A complaint does not guarantee a refund or a change to a decision. Our aim is to explain the outcome clearly and address confirmed errors fairly.
Responsible department: Beguma Bet Support / Compliance Team.
What This Complaint Policy Covers
You can submit a complaint about:
- A delayed, missing or incorrectly recorded deposit or withdrawal.
- An incorrect bet settlement, result or payout calculation.
- A missing bonus or an issue with wagering requirements.
- Account access, login problems or account restrictions.
- A KYC or account verification delay.
- A responsible gaming request that has not been processed.
- A technical issue with the app, website, game or live betting service.
- The quality of a customer support response.
The final decision depends on verified account data, applicable terms, transaction records and game or market rules. A payment complaint, bet settlement complaint or bonus complaint may require checks by different teams.
Before You Submit a Complaint
Check your balance, payment history and betting history through Beguma Bet login. Review the relevant Terms and Conditions and any bonus conditions, including eligibility, expiry dates and wagering requirements.
Confirm that your account details are correct. Save screenshots of the error, betting slip, transaction reference and relevant support messages. Keep original files where possible. If you cannot access your account, you can still contact support using your registered contact details.
How to File a Complaint with Beguma Bet
- Sign in to your account, unless the complaint concerns a login problem.
- Open the support section or use the available channels on Contact Us.
- Select the relevant complaint category, if the channel offers this option. Otherwise, state the category in your message.
- Describe what happened, what you expected and why you believe there is an error.
- Add relevant evidence, including dates, times, bet IDs, transaction IDs, screenshots, device details and payment method.
- Send the complaint and save a copy. Keep the reference number provided by support for follow-up.
For app or website issues, include the app version or browser, device model and error message. For live betting or game complaints, identify the market, event or game round. Avoid opening several separate complaints about the same issue, as this can make records harder to track.
Information You Should Include
To help the support team investigate, provide:
- Your full name as registered on the account.
- Your account ID or registered phone number or email address.
- The complaint category and a short summary.
- The date and time in Ethiopian local time, stating the time zone if different.
- The payment method, amount and transaction reference, where relevant.
- The betting slip number, bet ID or game round ID.
- Screenshots, error messages and previous support references.
- The outcome you are requesting.
Never send your password, PIN, full banking credentials or verification codes. If identity documents are needed for an account verification complaint, use only the secure submission method confirmed by support. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal and payment data handling.
Complaint Review Timeframes
The following are indicative review targets, not guaranteed deadlines:
- Initial acknowledgement: within 24–48 hours after receipt.
- Standard review: 3–7 business days.
- Complex cases: up to 14 business days, or longer where third-party verification is required.
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the case, payment provider response, verification status and applicable rules. Payment provider or market data disputes may require additional time.
If further evidence is needed, support should explain what is missing. If the expected review period passes without an update, follow up using your original complaint reference. A confirmed case-specific timeframe communicated by support takes priority over these general estimates.
How We Review Complaints
The complaint is logged and assigned a reference. Support checks account history and reviews the relevant payment, betting or game records. Where needed, the case is referred to payment, technical, security or compliance staff.
Complaint review is based on evidence: transaction logs, bet settlement records, KYC status, bonus terms, technical logs and communication history. Support may request more details or seek confirmation from a payment provider or game supplier.
The final response is sent through an official support channel. It should explain the findings, the relevant rule and any corrective action or remaining steps. Sensitive security information or another person's personal data may not be disclosed.
Escalation Process
You may request escalation if no response arrives within the expected period, the reply does not address your evidence, or the dispute concerns a significant amount. Account security, account blocking and responsible gaming concerns may also require specialist review.
- Reply to the original complaint thread and quote its reference.
- Ask for a senior support or compliance review.
- Explain which points remain unresolved and provide any missing evidence.
- Request a final written response with reasons for the decision.
- If applicable, contact the relevant regulator or independent authority through its published complaint procedure.
External dispute resolution depends on the operator, licence, jurisdiction and authority's remit. Consult Legal Status in Ethiopia and License & Regulation for the published legal and licensing information. Keep the final response and supporting records for any external submission.
Complaints About Responsible Gaming or Underage Gambling
Complaints about unprocessed self-exclusion, deposit limits, problem gambling safeguards, suspected underage gambling or age restriction breaches should receive priority review. Clearly identify the safety concern and when the original request was made. Do not wait for a routine complaint outcome before reporting an immediate risk.
Refer to Responsible Gaming for available safeguards and the Age Restriction Policy for age requirements. Access may also depend on the State / Regional Restrictions. Security or protective account measures may be necessary while these concerns are checked.
What Outcomes Are Possible
A complaint may lead to an explanation of the original decision, correction of account or transaction data, a payment re-check, or a bet settlement review. Other outcomes include a bonus adjustment where conditions were applied incorrectly, confirmation of a technical issue, or an account restriction or security action.
There may be no change if verified records support the original decision. If an error is confirmed, Beguma Bet will take appropriate corrective action in line with its terms and applicable rules. Submitting a complaint does not automatically create a right to compensation or a refund.
Records, Privacy and Fair Use
Complaint messages, evidence and review records may be retained for investigation, security, fraud prevention, compliance and audit purposes. Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. The Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and related technologies on the website.
Provide accurate information and keep your own copies of important records. False documents, threats, abusive messages or attempts to bypass site rules may result in account restrictions under the terms. Disagreeing respectfully with a decision is not, by itself, misuse of the complaint process.
Need Help Before Filing a Complaint?
If you are unsure whether your issue requires a formal complaint, ask support first. A clear question may resolve a simple account or transaction issue. If it remains unresolved, ask for it to be recorded as a complaint.
Contact the support team and include all relevant details so your case can be reviewed faster.
